Chris Wilson, Where I'm At

About the host

Chris Wilson

I'm Chris Wilson, founder of Where I'm At. I built this platform from lived experience after burnout changed my work, my confidence, my health, and my sense of direction more than I expected. This podcast is here to help people feel less alone, put words to what they are going through, and find out what a more honest way forward might look like.

Come on the show

I am always open to thoughtful conversations with people whose work, experience, or story connects to burnout, recovery, career change, identity, or what comes after a major professional shift. The conversations that resonate most are honest ones: people who are still figuring things out, not just those who have arrived at a tidy answer.

Episodes run between 30 and 60 minutes and are recorded remotely. The focus is the human experience, not credentials or job titles.
